## Fields

`Completed = 2` 

Completed, and the body fingerprint matches. The stored response is returned.

`FingerprintMismatch = 3` 

Completed, but the body fingerprint DIFFERS. Response: `422 Unprocessable Content`.

`InProgress = 1` 

The same key is still being processed. Response: `409 Conflict`.

`Reserved = 0` 

The key was just reserved; the request is processed normally.
