Returned by [IJobStore.GetQueueDepthAsync](/api/tracon.ijobstore/#Tracon_IJobStore_GetQueueDepthAsync_System_Threading_CancellationToken_) and published through
the `tracon.job.queue.depth` observable gauge. Only the
**open** statuses are reported — [JobStatus.Pending](/api/tracon.jobstatus/),
[JobStatus.Leased](/api/tracon.jobstatus/), and [JobStatus.Running](/api/tracon.jobstatus/). Terminal
statuses are counted by `tracon.job.executions` instead of by
scanning the table, which ties the cost of this query to the amount of
*outstanding* work rather than to the size of the queue's history.

A pair with no open jobs is not reported; the absence of a row means zero.
