Tracon resolves it from the tenant's provider binding for
[ILiveVoiceProvider.ProviderName](/api/tracon.ilivevoiceprovider/#Tracon_ILiveVoiceProvider_ProviderName) and passes it only to a provider
whose [ILiveVoiceProvider.SupportsTenantCredentials](/api/tracon.ilivevoiceprovider/#Tracon_ILiveVoiceProvider_SupportsTenantCredentials) is
[true](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/csharp/language-reference/builtin-types/bool). It lives in memory for the call and is never
persisted; its text form never shows the key.
