The options shape is the same as [OpenAIProviderOptions](/api/tracon.openaiprovideroptions/); this type only
carries the sub section path. Every named provider lives in its own sub section:
`Tracon:Providers:OpenAICompatible:{name}:*`.
Provider options live in their own sub section.
