The client stays in the container, as for [TextToSpeechClientBinding](/api/tracon.texttospeechclientbinding/).

The same rule as [TextToSpeechClientBinding.ProviderName](/api/tracon.texttospeechclientbinding/#Tracon_TextToSpeechClientBinding_ProviderName): a tenant's egress
policy names this value, and a client with no name stops the host at startup.
