> Summary: TraconRunContinuationOptions: Interrupted-run continuation settings.

<div class="api-provenance">Namespace Tracon · Assembly <code>Tracon.Core.dll</code></div>

Interrupted-run continuation settings.

```csharp
public sealed class TraconRunContinuationOptions
```

<dl class="api-relations"><dt>Inheritance</dt><dd><a href="https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.object">object</a> ← <a href="/api/tracon.traconruncontinuationoptions/">TraconRunContinuationOptions</a></dd><dt>Inherited Members</dt><dd><a href="https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.object.gettype">object.GetType()</a>, <a href="https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.object.tostring">object.ToString()</a>, <a href="https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.object.equals#system-object-equals(system-object)">object.Equals(object?)</a>, <a href="https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.object.equals#system-object-equals(system-object-system-object)">object.Equals(object?, object?)</a>, <a href="https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.object.referenceequals">object.ReferenceEquals(object?, object?)</a>, <a href="https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.object.gethashcode">object.GetHashCode()</a></dd></dl>

## Remarks

Read from the `Tracon:RunContinuation` configuration section. See
`TraconServiceCollectionExtensions.AddTracon`. Continuation is
triggered by [Tracon.RunReconciliationService](/api/tracon/) right after it claims
an orphaned run; it has no effect while
[RunReconciliationOptions.Enabled](/api/tracon.runreconciliationoptions/#Tracon_RunReconciliationOptions_Enabled) is [false](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/csharp/language-reference/builtin-types/bool),
because no run is ever claimed in that case.

## Constructors

### <a id="Tracon_TraconRunContinuationOptions__ctor"></a> TraconRunContinuationOptions\(\)

```csharp
public TraconRunContinuationOptions()
```

## Fields

### <a id="Tracon_TraconRunContinuationOptions_SectionName"></a> SectionName

The configuration section name.

```csharp
public const string SectionName = "Tracon:RunContinuation"
```

#### Field Value

 [string](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.string)

## Properties

### <a id="Tracon_TraconRunContinuationOptions_Enabled"></a> Enabled

Whether an interrupted run is continued automatically. Defaults to
[false](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/csharp/language-reference/builtin-types/bool): an orphaned run keeps today's behavior
(closed as [RunStatus.Failed](/api/tracon.runstatus/), nothing further happens)
unless a setup opts in.

```csharp
public bool Enabled { get; set; }
```

#### Property Value

 [bool](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.boolean)

### <a id="Tracon_TraconRunContinuationOptions_MaxAttempts"></a> MaxAttempts

The most continuations one interruption chain may have. If a
continuation run is itself interrupted, it counts toward this limit;
once reached, the chain stays [RunStatus.Failed](/api/tracon.runstatus/).

```csharp
public int MaxAttempts { get; set; }
```

#### Property Value

 [int](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.int32)
