The status of a webhook delivery attempt.

## Fields

`Delivered = 1` 

The recipient returned `2xx`.

`Dropped = 3` 

The delivery was never attempted: the subscription is disabled or the target address was rejected.

`Failed = 2` 

All attempts were exhausted.

`Pending = 0` 

The delivery is queued, not yet attempted or to be retried.

## Remarks

Written as a name in JSON, stored as `smallint` in the database. The
value order **must not change** — only append.
